Forest City Regional's cafeteria is featured in Penn State's Project PA, "Breakfast Promising Practices". During the 2008-2009 school year our cafeteria applied for a breakfast grant with the vision of expanding high school breakfast. The featured article highlights how we increased breakfast and surpassed our 20% participation goal.

The Elementary Advisory Board, "The Food Dudes" is featured in the June/July 2011 magazine issue of School Nutrition. The magazine is read by thousands of food service directors and industry leaders.
