Spring Sports Physical

Spring Sports Physical will be held Friday, February 6th from 1-3 PM in the Nurse’s office.

Physical forms can be picked up in the High School office and the Nurse’s office.

If you played a fall or winter sport, you will need to complete a recertification form. These are also located in the High School office and Nurse’s office.
