To participate in this program, the Technology Service Fee provides insurance for accidental damage to the equipment. The program will replace devices or hardware that is considered wear and tear, that fall underneath the manufacturer’s warranty. There are two options to participate in this program.
The manufacturer’s warranty covers electronic hardware inside the computer. If there are any problems with the electronics within the computer which occurs from normal use of the computer, the warranty will cover the problems.
The Technology Service Fee covers all accidental damage.
Examples include: dropped equipment, broken LCD screens, damage due to spilling, lightning surges.
The Technology Service Fee does not cover lost or stolen equipment; it does not cover any damage resulting from harsh or extreme weather conditions.
During the repair, students will be provided with a loaner computer which can only be used inside the District.
Parents/Guardians must chose an option and provide the District with an agreement in which option was chosen before the equipment is given to the student.

Computer will not be given back until payment is received
