$1,000 per year for four years for students attending Marywood University in the Fall of 2016

Minimum 1500 on Math, Verbal and Writing SAT
Cumulative GPA of 90%
Must be referred by a Marywood Graduate (MRS. MCGRAW)

MIKE MUCHAK MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP (Senior)

(United Way of Lackawanna/Wayne Counties)

Eligibility:      
Lackawanna or Wayne County student actively involved in community service programs funded by this United Way

Criteria:  
       
Accepted into a 2 or 4 year degree program track; letter of recommendation; FAFSA EFC number; transcript; essay

Award:                        
One scholarship for $6300

Closed REAGAN FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Eligibility
Demonstrate at school, at the workplace, and within the community the attributes of leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship;
Demonstrate strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 grade point average/4.0 scale or equivalent);
Be citizens of the United States of America;
Be current high school seniors attending high school in the United States (students living on U.S. Armed Forces base and homeschooled students are also eligible);
Plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study toward a bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States for the entire upcoming academic year.

LACKAWANNA COUNTY RESIDENTS – ROY PIPER SCHOLARSHIPS

Two scholarships are awarded by the Roy Piper Charitable Trust.  One will go to a student attending a Career Program such as offered at a career technology center; the other will be awarded to a student in any program as long as it is offered at an accredited college or university.

College Bound Juniors:

It’s not too early to sign up for the SAT.  Remember, if you are on free or reduced lunch you are eligible for a fee waiver.
