Full-Time employees of Forest City Regional School District are eligible to be covered by the district health, dental, vision and life insurance.  Below you will find links to each website, enrollment forms and general information.  All completed forms should be returned to the Business Office, unless otherwise instructed.

 


Health Insurance

Vision Insurance

Visions Benefits of America

The above link will take you to the vision insurance website.  At least one week before visiting your provider you must visit this website and request a benefit form.  The benefit form will be mailed to you, and you must then take it to your provider in order to use your vision coverage.


Retirement

All district employees are part of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS).

 Flexible Spending Account

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are a great way to increase your take home pay by setting aside pre-tax funds to pay for eligible medical and childcare expenses you would normally pay for using after-tax dollars. Reimbursement from the accounts for eligible expenses is tax free as well.
